What is CBD Oil?

CBD is an abbreviation for cannabidiol, a naturally-occurring cannabinoid compound that has numerous medical benefits.

What is the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?

ECS is a group of specialized receptors in your brain. It regulates in a variety of biological processes such as mood, appetite, pain, inflammation responses, memory, and immune function.

What are the benefits of CBD Oil?

Many scientific studies have shown by taking CBD regularly, it’s may treat a wide range of conditions such as acnes, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, epilepsy, insomnia, substance abuse, antibiotic-resistant infections, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and other neurological disorders.

Can I fail my drug test while using CBD oil?

Unlikely. There are different ways that companies test for drugs. Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiols or other legal natural hemp based constituents.

Are your CBD products legal to purchase?

Yes – it is legal to purchase in all 50 states. The FDA considers hemp oil / CBD oil to be a dietary supplement, not a medication, because they are made from industrial hemp plants and contains no THC.

Will your products get me high?

Since it does not contain THC, it will be impossible to get ‘high’ side effect.

Do I need a medical card to purchase your products?

No – it is an over-the-counter (OTC) product. You won’t be needing a medical card or prescription to purchase and consume our products.

Can I purchase your products if the state that I live in is illegal to use medical marijuana?

Yes. CBD oil is considered to be a dietary supplement by the FDA and therefore, it is legal to purchase in any state in US.

What is the difference between CBD and THC?

While there are over 85 known cannabinoids, CBD and THC are the most common ones. They are both chemically cannabinoid compounds with similar molecule. One of the most distinguish difference is CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, whereas THC is a psychoactive. 

Do you use synthetics or THC in your products?

No. If the product contains synthetics or THC, it may lower the CBD concentration which means you will not be able to experience the benefits of the cannabinoid.

Which CBD oil product should I use?

This will depend on your own personal preference, desired CBD quantities, and preferred means of application. Typically, CBD products fall under one of two categories: topical, which are applied externally, or dietary supplements, which are taken internally.

Where does your CBD oil come from?

Pure’s CBD comes from the industrial hemp that our Kentucky farm harvests each year. To produce the purest cannabidiol, our hemp plants have been selectively bred to maximize CBD concentration.

Why do you source your hemp from Kentucky, instead of Colorado?

Kentucky’s ecology is perfect for growing hemp. The growing season is longer and the soil is richer than Colorado’s, so the quality of the hemp is better. Growing under the Kentucky Hemp Pilot Program is also 100% compliant with Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill, which means harvesting and distributing is 100% legal at the federal level – this includes all 50 states.

What’s the difference between your products and the CBD hemp oil I see at a health store?

The health store’s hemp products often produced with hemp seed oil that contains an extremely low percentage of CBD. With the marginal quantity of CBD per weights, users may not be able to experience the full effect of the cannabinoid. Be sure to check you are purchasing a true CBD oil product that contains percentages of CBD depending on your needs.
